Oakite 220 NP is a liquid alkaline product for heavy-duty cleaning of concrete, asphalt and macadam floors, ramps and runways The versatile material also can be used on sealed and unsealed hangar floors, jet engine test cells, blast fences and other airport ground equipment.
Applied by spray, steam gun, mobile scrubber, brush or mop, Oakite 220 NP penetrates deeply into porous surfaces and lifts out oily and carbonaceous deposits.
Spray or hose rinsing easily flushes away the loosened soils.
Oakite 220 NP is both biodegradable and phosphate-free.
And since it's also solvent-free(with no flash point), the cleaner has no adverse effect on asphalt or macadam.
Applicable on all metals used in constructing aircraft and transportation equipment, Oakite 220 NP will not cause hydrogen embrittlement of high strength steel.
It has passed the Lawrence Hydrogen Embrittlement Test and the McDonnell-Douglas Stressed Ring Test.
Oakite 220 NP also finds application for hot tank cleaning of aluminum parts such as fuel injectors. |
