Oakite HF 51 |
|
Oakite HF 51 is a specially formulated liquid that combines exceptional cleaning power-penetrating, emulsifying, dissolving or dislodging soils-with close-clinging, long-lasting, super-foaming action. These teamed-up properties give the high-sudsing detergent the cleaning clout needed to quickly bite into and break down tenacious soils and problem deposits that contaminate the surfaces of processing equipment in today's high-tech paper mills and food processing plants. Among the contaminants that solutions of Oakite HF 51 remove are the following: tramp oil, grease, pitch, resinates, alumina gels, wax, stock residues, caked-on fiber and fillers, latex and vinyl binders. Machine units from which these soils and deposits are removed include the following: chest walls, cleaners, pulpers, save-alls, mixing vats, head box, machine frame, as well as wires. What's more, this equipment is left thoroughly clean thanks to the excellent soil-dispersion and rinsability of Oakite HF 51. No film or caustic residue is left on surfaces. Pleasant to work with, highly concentrated Oakite HF 51 mixes readily and completely-even in cold water. And since it contains water conditioners, it also performs well in hard water. Dispensed through Oakite foam systems, solutions of HF 51 can clean hundreds of square feet of equipment surfaces in minutes to reduce labor, assure faster start-ups, fewer sheet breaks. Foam-cleaning with Oakite HF 51 also eliminates wasteful run-off(to save material costs) and prevents hazardous splash-back. Oakite HF 51 is USDA approved for use in federally inspected meat and poultry plants. |
