Its high alkalinity provides the needed germicidal action at state recommended levels.
Its chelating properties promote free rinsing and eliminate the deposition of hard water and other mineral scale films on equipment.
There is no need to descale rinse pumps and nozzles in the machine's rinse areas.
In the bottle washing industry, Oakite FiSan-500M eliminates the problems of excessive dragout and bottle haze.
Where aluminum foil labels are used, it also minimizes aluminate scale build-up on heating coils.
