Cosmonate PM-60 is special modified MDI that is used in various car interior parts such as IN-panel and arm rest. Cosmonate PM-60 is liquefied product in nirmal temperature, and is most stable when stored under freezing conditions and also could be handled the best. When in solvent-free form, it is mixed with 4,4-diphenylmethane diisocyante MDI monomer. When these are mixed with high resolution oligomer that is of dimer, trimer and tetramer, it becomes a product that has up to maximum viscosity of 190cps(25'C).
Cosmonate PM-60 is special modified MDI that is used in making semi-hard polyurethane foam that is essential for producing car interior parts such as In-panel, arm rest and console box. It has mild flow of raw material and is advantageous in making complicated mold. Due to its high qualified solidification and stripping features, it reduces hardening time of the ultimate product.
