Consmonate MC-82W is a special modified MDI, that is widely used to enhance softness for products such as automobile and furniture seat cushions and head rests. Cosmonate MC-82W could be stored and be properly used as a liquefied product in the normal temperature up of 10'C. When in solvent-free form, it is mixed with 4,4-diphenylmethane diisocyante MDI monomer. When these are mixed with high resolution oligomer that is of dimer, trimer, and tetramer, it becomes a product that has up to a maximum viscosity of 25cps(25'C).
Cosmonate MC-82W is produced to conform with seat cushion foam production by using special deviation form of MDI. It is used in producing products that require high-level operation, molding and deep solidification such as cushion pad and head rest pad. Especially, it is a product that has enhanced cure properties which is widely used not only in vehicle seat cushions, but also in sofa furniture, chair cushion and bicycle pad.
