TEDA L-33 catalyst is a solution of 33% triethylenediamine and 67% dipropylene glycol. It offers all the advantages of TEDA crystalline catalyst plus the handling ease of a lowviscosity liquid.
TEDA L-33 catalyst is used in the manufacture of all types of polyurethane foam. It is completely soluble in water and is miscible with polyols, fluorocarbons and stannous catalysts. TEDA L-33 catalyst can be used as a three-to-one replacement for TEDA) crystalline catalyst in all foam formulations: for example, 0.3 php TEDA L-33 catalyst replaces 0.1 php TEDA crystalline catalyst. |
