Nitriflex S 6H |
|
Nitriflex hot polymerized styrene-butadiene copolymers present a wide range of bound styrene content grades. They are indicated as reinforcing agents in elastomeric compositions, in which high levels of hardness and no density changes are desirable. They are also employed in highly loaded systems, maintaining proprieties unaltered and permitting low costs. Nitriflex SBR copolymers present low shrinkage level after processing and molding, conferring an excellent dimensional stability to the final artifact. Applications: The use of SBR Copolymers dispenses intensive utilization of loads. They provide excellent processability, generating better proprieties in the final artifact, besides a productivity increase. Its use in the footwear industry is appreciated, due to the advantages that can be aggregated to final products, such as: hardness increase with no density increase, the possibility of an increase in the use of filling loads and very low shrinkage values. |
