Nitriclean nitrile rubbers are cold polymerized acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymers, highly polar, recommended for artifacts that require good resistance to organic substances like aliphatic oils and non polar solvents.
The polymerization employs modern systems of synthetic biodegradable surfactants with the absence of nitrosamines, giving the product the status of eco-friendly.
Its main advantages over standard nitrile rubbers are the low mold fouling, the attention to FDA requirements and the excellent processability in transfer and injection processes.
Applications:
Nitriclean provides high productivity gains in the manufacture of various artifacts such as hoses, rings, gaskets, joints, diaphragms and others. |
