SYNSLIP 3800 is a unique combination of wax polymers designed to impart lubricity and blocking resistance in printing ink, paint or coating applications.
SYNSLIP 3800 is finely micronized to a NPIRI grind of 2.0-3.0 (Hegman 6.0-6.5) for ease of dispersion.
SYNSLIP 3800 was developed to meet the need for coatings requiring maximum slip and lubricity properties without the use of PTFE.
SYNSLIP 3800 will impart excellent "feel" when incorporated into wood or plastic coatings while maintaining blocking and abrasion resistance.
Unlike other wax additives for wood finishes, SYNSLIP 3800 can be easily incorporated using standard dispersion equipment without the need for grinding or melting. |
