WELLGUARD 7001 hydrogen sulfide scavenger is comprised of an oil-soluble zinc carboxylate salt.
* Applications:
Wellguard 7001 hydrogen sulfide scavenger is a clear liquid, oil-soluble hydrogen sulfide scavenger. It quickly removes free hydrogen sulfide in organic matrices where conventional water-soluble scavengers are ineffective. Potential applications include production streams and non-invert oil muds. The efficacy of this material is not impacted should water be introduced into the system. It is effective at temperatures up to 350'F, though slight discoloration of the scavenger may occur. The treat rate of WELLGUARD 7001 hydrogen sulfide scavenger is impacted by the levels of hydrogen sulfide present in the system and should be determined prior
to use. |
