The ULTRATHANE® 5410 and 5440 are fast cure/solventless structural polyurethane/polyurea systems. They are formulated to have a balance of outstanding heat resistance, impact resistance and stiffness, as well as a lower cost than pure polyurea systems.
It is designed for applications which require good impact resistance and heat resistance such as for aftermarket automotive ground effect components.
- Allows longer " green-time" to facilitate trimming parts inside mold
- Lower shringage than other polyurea systems.
- Longer flow-out of resin for smooth back surfaces. |
