The ULTRATHANE 5410 and 5440 are fast cure/solventless structural polyurethane/polyurea systems. They are formulated to have a balance of outstanding heat resistance, impact resistance and stiffness, as well as a lower cost than pure polyurea systems.
It is designed for applications which require good impact resistance and heat resistance such as for aftermarket automotive ground effect components.
- Can be used in applications where parts are trimmen after demolding.
- Faster cure version for maximum productivity and speed.
- Alows more impact resistance and less heat warpage than straight urethane structurals |
