WELLGUARD 4019 corrosion inhibitor/oxygen scavenger is comprised of bisulfite, amines and quaternary ammonium chlorides.
* Applications:
WELLGUARD 4019 corrosion inhibitor/oxygen scavenger is a water-soluble corrosion inhibitor/oxygen scavenger blend for use in hydrostatic testing fluids, packer fluids and completion fluids. For brine systems, its solubility should be evaluated prior to use. WELLGUARD 4019 corrosion inhibitor/oxygen scavenger affords protection against corrosion from carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, organic acids, and inorganic acids. For oxygen, a dosage of 150 ppm WELLGUARD 4019 corrosion inhibitor/oxygen scavenger will scavenge approximately 1 ppm oxygen. |
