RA-60R Release Coat |
Condensation product of Alkyl Isocyanate and Polyethylene Imine |
RA-60R Release Coat is a non-silicone product used in the production of high quality release film for various types of pressure sensitive tapes. The use of RA-60R yields a product with far superior aging properties, even at very high temperatures such as 65'C, 80% relative humidity, over a 48 hour period. RA-60R provides superior release properties and prevents delamination or tearing when applied to the backing on the side opposite the adhesive. It has been tested and is accepted for use with pressure sensitive tapes such as polypropylene, polyester, polyethylene, cellophane, duct tapes and other substrates that require controlled release properties. |
