Bardac LF-70
N,N-Dioctyl-N,N-dimethylammonium chloride
5538-94-3
Bardac LF-70 is used as low foam disinfectant for food industry, institutions and hospitals.
It has been designed for use as low-foaming microbiocides for use in recirculating cooling water systems.
Bardac LF-70 is composed of twin chain dimethyl ammonium chloride.
The dioctyl dimethyl structure provides a controlled foam biocide, exhibiting low, fast breaking foam with exceptional dynamic controlled foam performance.
When used as an active ingredient in FIFRA registered formulations such as hard surface disinfectants, sanitizers and/or certain types of water treatment formulations, these products habe been found to provide superior biocidal action against a broad spectrum of microbial organisms such as: bacteria, fungi, viruses, and algae.
This "third" generation quaternary ammonium compound delivers potent germicidal actin in hard water and organic soil loads.
- Low foam antimicrobial against bacteria, fungi and algae.
- Algaecide for swimming pools.
