Halogenated Flame Retardant
Great Lakes CD-75PC, hexabromocyclododecane, is a highly brominated cycloaliphatic flame retardant. Great Lakes CD-75PC is compacted to produce a low dusting product that is still easily dispersed.
Great Lakes CD-75PC provides excellent performance at low loading levels with a minimum effect on polymer properties. Great Lakes CD-75PC is recommended as an additive flame retardant for textile treatments, latex binders, adhesives, and coatings. Great Lakes CD-75PC is also suggested for use in thermoplastic and thermosetting polymers.
The use of proper protective equipment is recommended. Excess exposure to the prduct should be avoided. Wash thoroughly after handling. Store the product in a cool, dry, wellventilated area away from incompatible materials. Unless stated, proper storage will permit usage of the product for 6 to 12 months from the date of receipt.
