GEMSOL HPP-200 is diluted in water in proportions of 1/15, 1/20.
Recommended oil pick-up (OPU) onto the fibre : 0.8 - 1.2 % |

Appearance: White, mat liquid with a mild density.
GEMSOL HPP-200 is a spin finish especially used for PP spun yarn.
Due to its high wetting and hydrophilic ability, gives hydrophilic effect to polypropylene fibre.
Therefore it can be used for baby diaper production.
Provides optimum fibre/fibre cohesion and prevents fibre/metal friction.
Offers very high level of antistatic properties.
It can be diluted in every amount of water.
Does not cause any yellowing. |
