Synthetic Blending Oil With Antistatics.
Combination of fatty acid esters, antistatics, emulsifiers and synthetic gliding agents.
It is recommended to be used in 10-15% emulsion form.
A clear emulsion is prepared by addition of demineralised water. |

GEMSOL EC-500 K is a lubricant that can be used in producing of fibre made of wool, wool mixtures, synthetic and natural filaments.
Prevents breakages and flying dust of fibres.
Minimizes fibre - metal friction due to the gliding agents in its content.
High efficiency is obtained in yarn drawing process.
It can be used in yarn twisting and yarn transferring during the transfer of synthetic yarns such as polyester, polypropylene and acrylic.
Provides high efficiency in weaving process.
It has a high antistatic effect.
Provides excellent outcomes in blending synthetic mixtures.
Can be removed easily by washing.
It is applicable to liseuse and melanger. |
