Antistatic Coning Oil Emulsifier.
Mixture of surfactants and antistatics.
Spindle oil is drawn to the tank and GEMSOL COE-2001 is added to the combination by stirring continuously.
Can be easily prepared at room temperature.
The mixture should be stirred until the mixture becomes stable.
Then a sample should be taken from the tank to test.
When it becomes stable, clear coning oil is obtained. |

Appearance: Light yellow, clear liquid with a mild density.
Can be used as an emulsifier in production of texturized coning oil.
GEMSOL COE-2001 provides the following features to the coning oil:
Perfect lubrication, High cohesion features, High washability, Strong antistatic effect, Stable emulsion, Anti-corrosiveness. |
