Water Soluble Cutting Fluids.
GEMLUB K-101/SE is a mineral oil-based coolant, which has universal properties used in forming metals, and resistant to high pressure.
It is used in 4 % - 8% concentrations.
GEMLUB K-101/SE is added slowly to water and the emulsion is prepared by mixing strongly.
It is advised that emulsion is prepared outside then put into the tank.
The concentration is determined by trial depending on the purpose. |
