Preventive Oils.
GEMLUB RP-1010 is a protective oil which protects all kinds of iron and steel materials against oxidation and rust, during transportation and pre-storage.
It forms preventive thick film layer.
The applied surfaces should be clean and dry.
This increases the effect of the preventive oil, wet surface do not decrease the effect since it has hydrophobic property.
The dipping, spraying or brushing methods are advised.
Consumption amount of oil depends on the roughness of the metal surfaces. |

Appearance : Red- yellow, clear, light viscous liquid.
Working Temperature : At room temperature.
Working Concentration : It can be used as it is or as a dilution of solvents like gas oil or thinner.
Formed Film Layer : It forms a dry and thick film layer on the surface.
Protection Time : At closed places or under roof , 18-24 months
At atmospheric conditions , 9-18 months |
