GEMLUB BTL 20 is a water soluble coolant which has been developed for wire drawing operation in copper.
It can be used for continuous casting and drawing of hot rolled wires.
It can be used with multiple wire, fine, medium and rod wire copper drawing.
It is emulsified the quantity depending on the drawing operation.
It is recommended to use demineralised water to obtain a resistant emulsion.
The cooling system should be cleaned properly before using it.
In order to obtain high productivity and hygiene, it is particularly recommended to disinfectate the system with GEMACIDE DCG.
After the disinfectation, GEMLUB BTL 20 should be added slowly to the circulating water and emulsified homogenously. |
