Bating Enzymes.
GEMAZYM NAP reduces creases on the applied leather. Gives good area yield in bated leather.
Provides a smooth touch and even surface.
Ensures an even dyeing and penetration of tannage material.
By increasing the effectiveness of solvent-free grease removers, facilitates refining process.
GEMAZYM NAP can be used in pickling process above pH=3.
In depickling process, GEMAZYM NAP gives excellent results between 4.7 - 5.3.
Application amount and dosage (0.3 - 3.0 %) vary depending on the type of leather.
Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
In case of contact with skin, wash with plenty of water.
In case of contact with eyes, wash at least 15 minutes with plenty of water while eyes are open. |
