Fluorosil Chylic Fluoro Guerbet 3.5 is a water dispersible cyclic emulsion composed of an emollient ester (Biosil Basics Fluoro Gruerbet 3.5), and cyclomethicone emulsion. Skin and hair care products benefit from improved spreading and slip. Unique high sheen and gloss are now available from a water based system. The fluorine moiety improves barrier function, yet does not interfere with skin transpiration.
