Hytrel HTR8341G BK320 is a 40 nom.
Shore D, heat stable, plasticiser free resin for blow molding, and extrusion, high viscosity/melt strength, excellent mechanical properties at elevated temps, superior fatigue, abrasion, and grease resistance, CVJ boots.
Hytrel HTR8341G BK320 has been specially formulated for blow molding and is recommended for hollow, thin walled parts requiring a tough, flexible polymer with excellent low temperature properties and good resistance to oils, greases, fuels and other chemicals.
It is specially suited for blow molded automotive boots and CVJ boots.
It is also suitable for extruded products such as blown film, sheeting, profiles, and large diameter tubing.
Hytrel HTR8341G BK320 is a high viscosity blow moldable elastomer designed for the CVJ market.
Key characteristics are:
- Excellent flexibility at room temperature and low temperatures without the use of plasticizers.
- Excellent flex crack resistance.
- Superior resistance to fatigue and abrasion.
- Superior grease resistance.
- Excellent resistance to stress relaxation and creep.
