Dyneon THV 220G |
|
THV 220G is a flexible, transparent fluoroplastic composed of tetrafluoroethylene, hexafluoropropylene, and vinylidene fluoride in the form of pellets or agglomerate. It provides a balance of low temperature processing, low flammability, thermal stability, and melt processability. It can be used to prepare extruded films, tubes, profiles, and wire coatings. It is useful for applications that require the highest level of flexibility, transparency, low temperature fusion or bonding capability with moderate chemical resistance. Laminated films of this product exhibit excellent weatherability and good anti-soiling properties. This product can be E-beam cured without the need of pro-rads to improve its high temperature capability with minimal loss of flexibility. |
