TEMPERUS is a modified fatty acid that provides temporary viscosity.
This product increases viscosity of non-aqueous muds to prevent settling of weight material during shipment to location.
*Applications/Functions: Viscosifies non-aqueous muds to prevent settling during transport.
*Advantages:
- Allows shipment of muds without excessive additions of organophillic clay.
- Viscosity begins to decrease at 120'F (49'C), and completed by 150'F (66'C). |
