N-DRIL HT PLUS is a specially processed, stabilized nonionic starch derivation that controls high pressure-high temperature filtrate loss at temperatures up to 250'F(121'C) and enhances the low shear rate viscosity of a fluid containing xanthan gum biopolymer.
This unique polymer combination is synergistic and yields improved static suspension.
Fluid compositions mixed with N-DRIL HT PLUS can be used to drill into pay zones and underream.
It can also be used as pre and post gravel pack fluid and as lost circulation pills.
*Applications/Functions:
- N-DRIL HT PLUS, when used with properly sized bridging/weighting particles, can: Provide filtration control, Minimize damage to the productive formation.
*Advantages:
- Suitable for all water-based drilling fluids, workover and completions fluids including: sea water, potassium chloride, magnesium chloride, sodium chloride, sodium bromide, calcium bromide, and zinc bromide.
- Resists calcium contamination over a wide pH range
