ENVIRO-SPOT is a concentrated blend of emulsifiers, lubricants, and viscosifiers.
When added to base oil and mixed with water, ENVIRO-SPOT forms a stable invert emulsion that can be added to help free differentially stuck pipe.
Densities of pills formulated with ENVIRO-SPOT can be increased with additions of barite, hematite, or other common weighting agents.
ENVIRO-SPOT pills can also be used as spacers between oil-based drilling fluids and cements.
*Applications/Functions: Formulate a pill to help release differentially stuck pipe, Prevent interfacial thickening of oil-based mud and cement during cementing operations, Emulsify water into oil-based fluids
