This "sub-micron emulsion concentrate" is a delivery system for use in milky lotions and alcohol-free fragrance delivery. With its low levels of non-ionic emulsifiers, it is non-irritating and absorbs quickly with no greasy after-feel while providing excellent moisturizing for the skin. With SMEC SUN, we have enhanced our original formula by incorporating commonly used UV filters.
