RUST-GUARD provides long-term corrosion protection even under the most severe climactic environments.
Laboratory salt spray test (ASTM B-117) shows no rust or corrosion after 500 hours in a 20% salt solution.
RUST-GUARD can be applied to the threads and after curing, the thread compound can be applied over RUST-GUARD.
RUST-GUARD will not interfere, but will enhance the performance of the thread compound in most cases. |
