| Silane Coupling Agent SG-Si996 |

SG-Si996 silane equates the products: Si-75 (Degussa). The product is a new type bifunctional polysulfide organosilane. The polysulfide structure in which the distribution of sulfur is specified can ensure its form free sulfur. At the same time, the dispersion of the silica into a rubber is remarkably improved. Furthermore, there is no effect on the property processing. It can improve the productivity of rubber processing and low heat build up property and abrasion resistance is improved.
* Application:
a.Coupling agent of non-black filler: A little of SG-Si996 is added into clay filler or silica pigment. SG-Si996 can bond the non-black pigment to man-made rubber well and improve modlus and abrasion.
b.Improving reversionless by equilibrizing cure system:
There are four sulfur atoms in SG-Si996 molecular structure. Under cured temperature, its tetrasulfane-functional crosslink speed is equal to the speed of sulfurate reversion in sulfur cure. Therefore, SG-Si996 can provide reversionless, which is defined as equilibrium cure system.
c.Providing rubber with good thermal ageing as a vuleanizing agent:
SG-Si996 & a certain thiram promoter take place of all sulfur in compound of NR, SBR, NBR. The production provides better coupling effect as well as superior thermal ageing.
