Silane Coupling Agent SG-Si552

SG-Si552 silane equates the products: Silquest-1170TM (CK Witco, U.S.). The product is alkaline and widely used in many thermoplastic and thermosetting resins, e.g. polyproplene, epoxy, PBT, phenolic resin and so on.
* Application:
-Recommended to the thermoplastic & thermosetting resins, such as epoxy, PBT, polyurethane, polycarbonate and so on, to improve physical and electrical properties of reinforcement material, e.g. flexure strength, tensile strength and enhance the dispersion and wettability of filler.
-Applied to adhesive compositions and sealant as an excellent promoter to improve the dispersibility of pigments & adhesion to glass, Al, iron etc.
-Enhances the adhesion between resin & sand, and increases the strength & wet resistance of the mold in process of shell mold.
-Improves abrasion resistance and water resistance, and adhesion strength of phenolic adhesive in the process of making silica steel.
