SG-Si900 silane equates the products: Silquest-1200 (CK Witco, U.S.), KBM-603 (Japan). The product is suitable for use in polymer systems such as, acrylic resin, nitrocellulose, epoxy, furan, phenolics, melamine, polyamide, polyether, polyurethane, polyethylene butyraldehyde, organic silicone, urea formaldehyde and so on. It is especially usdful in ethenyl resin painting, epoxy painting, polyurethane painting. It can improve the adhesion of coating to coating layer. The product is effective to metal, which is difficult to paint, such as steel, copper, zinc etc. It can provide glass-fiber and glass wool more soft feeling and strength of flexure. It is a necessary promoter for the production of glass cement.
* Application:
-Suitable for use in resins such as, phenolics, melamine, epoxy & polyacrylic etc., and enhances fineness of the surface, and improve mechanical & electrical properties of the product in dry or wet environment.
-Activate glass-fiber, glass wool, silica, tale, mica, clay & wollastonite etc. as a surface treatment.
-Applied to precision casting reinforce of silica resin to improve the strength & wet resistance, and reduces the use level of resins and gas release. |
