Microtem 95 ST is Calcium Carbonate of extreme purity (99.3%), coated by Calcium Stearate which renders the surface of the inorganic particles to an organic one, thus achieving full compatibility of the filler to an organic media. Microtem 95 ST with its ultrafine particles is used in compounding mainly for its funtional properties in order to improve mar resistance and gloss, to increase impact resistance and to improve cold flow properties.
