Oxy 605 is a low molecular weight PVC dispersion resin.
It has found acceptance in such diverse applications as roll coating, dip coating, slush molding, rotational casting, cellular vinyls, and sealants.
Oxy 605 has low Brookfield and severs viscosities as well as good viscosity stability.
It also has exceptional air release.
Oxy 605 is used extensively in cast cellular vinyls using Azo type chenical blowing agents.
The speed at which Oxy 605
enters the fused state asseures that gas evolution will occur in a saticfactory environment.
This allows formulation latitude with respect to obtaining acceptable foam quality under varying processing conditions.
In low temperature applications not requiring a copolymer.
Oxy 605 can be used to obtain lower gelation than afforded by most homopolymer resins. |
