Burcolev DLS represents a unique dyeing auxiliary for disperse dyes on polyester.
As a diffusion accelerant, Burcolev DLS prevents unlevel dyeings caused by different dye strike rates and preferential absorption of dyes to various parts of the fiber.
By equalizing dye strike throughout the heating period, Burcolev DLS promotes migration. Additionally, Burcolev DLS is excellent for use in reworking damaged or off-shade goods, thus eliminating the need for a carrier.
A unique property and benefit of Burcolev DLS is the high emulsification and solvency properties that aid in reducing trimer build-up on machine interiors, as well as, providing prescouring and scour-dye one-bath properties. |
