Triglyceryl Monostearate
Fatty esters are the result of the esterification of a fatty acid.
They are mainly used as emulsifier, emollient or lubricant in applications including food, personal care, plastics, functional fluids, metal treatment, pharmaceuticals, paints, textiles.
Polyglycerol esters are used in cakes, desserts, skin cream, hair care products, medicinals, beverages, plastics, lubricants, pharmaceuticals and textile applications.

Polyaldo TGMS (3-1-S) is used in fat based system and shortenings (aerating and whipping agent), in frozen desserts (permits substantial reduction of fat content), in hard butters (promotes hardness and improves initial gloss and gloss retention).
