This is one of a series of Acheson resin-bonded lubricant coatings designed to provide dry film lubrication and release properties in a variety of industrial and original equipment automotive applications.
Emralon TW-020B is especially well suited to protect EDPM rubber from glass abrasion in automotive window channel applications.
It also provides ice release characteristics when incorporated on primary door seals.
Emralon TW-020B has been found to be an effective product in applications requiring squeak suppression.
This product has been formulated to eliminate the need for primers on most substrates.
Emralon TW-020B is a two-component, water-based, resin-bonded, fluoropolymer coating designed to be applied to hot rubber.
It cures in 10+ minutes when applied to 225'-275'F (107'-135'C) rubber.
The cured coating has a black texturedappearance.
It is flexible, excellent in wear resistance, and not abrasive to painted surfaces. |
