Electrodag 5915 is a silver-filled, one-component, epoxy adhesive that combines high tensile strength with good electrical and thermal conductivity.
Designed to be applied by screen printing, dot dispenser, or stencil methods, Electrodag 5915 electrically bonds surface mount devices to flexible or rigid printed circuits.
PF-021 can be used to encapsulate the device for physical and environmental protection. |
