The Dag 800 system is a cell type supply system designed to provide diluted material to a single die casting machine or a small number of machines.
It can be set up to feed a number of spray systems or a single system that requires a specialized lubricant.
The system can be supplied with one of two optional pumps providing a dilution range of 1% to 10% (1:10-1:100) (product: water). |

Air consumption: variable based on output
Air supply: 25 cfm, 1/2" NPT @ 90 psi
Water supply: 30 psi to 60 psi, 1/2" NPT
Electrical: 110 volt, single phase
Dilution pump: water driven, Dosatron
Supply pump: air operated diaphragm |
