The ideal sizing temperature is between 80 and 90'C.
High bond strength and elastic film formation give excellent sizing effects and weaving properties.
The amounts used aer governed by the type of fiber, uarn count,fabric construction and the sizing and weaving requirements.
Yarn weighting can be reduced by up to 50% compared to conventional sizing agents.
The concentration is between 40-150g/l Vinarol DV gr.
The product is suitable for combination sizing in conjunction with natural starch,starch derivatives or Tylose.
Special smoothing agents such as 2g/l Leomin WG pa are normally added to all sizing liquors. |
