Cassurit HML liq c crosslinks in the presence of an acid donor from a high-molecular-weight, elastic condensate.
Its reactivity is however lower than that of other methylol melamine compounds in our range.
Crosslinking is normally carried out by the standard curing method.
At a temperatures and/or with stronger catalysts, the crosslinking time is reduced to 20-30 seconds.
The catalusts nomallu used in resin finishing are suitable acid donors.
We particularly recommend the following catalysts and concentrations, based on Cassurit HML liq c |

pH : 7.0-9.0(at 20'C)
Density at 20'C : About 1.1 g/ml
Dilutability : Miscible with cold water in any ratio.Dilutability varied according to storage conditions. |
