DOW CORNING 28035 Cationic Emulsion is a white pourable cationic emulsion of an amino-functional polydimethylsiloxane.
Based on its chemical properties, the product formulation offers excellent compatibility with rinse cycle fabric softeners and provides a very high silicone deposition level (>80%) onto fabric during the rinse cycle of European type front loader washing machines.
