Wetting and dispersing additive for aqueous coatings which are used in general industrial and automotive applications.
It prevents flocculation of the pigments and therefore stabilizes the hue and color strength of the paints.
Flooding and floating in pigment mixtures is reduced and storage stability of the system is increased.
Pigment wetting and gloss are improved, millbase viscosity is reduced.
Disperbyk-184 is more polar than Disperbyk-182 and Disperbyk-183 and strictly for aqueous systems.
It is preferably used to stabilize organic pigments for inorganic pigments Disperbyk-180 should be used. |
