Designed to provide long term bonding and to protect against moisture, environmental attack, mechanical and thermal shock as well as vibration especially where a flowable and one-part product is preferred.
Typical applications include: bonding of hybrid devices, crystals and ceramic substrates to frames, heat sinks or cases and bonding of silicone, ceramics, metal, glass, plastics (incl. epoxies, polyesters, phenolics, polyamides, polyphenylene oxides and polybutylene terephthalates). |
