Trade Mate Paintable Silicone Sealant is a high-performance, water-clean up sealant designed for the professional contractor.
Unlike conventional waterbased caulks, Trade Mate Paintable Silicone Sealant can withstand joint movement of ¡¾25% when properly applied.
It will not crack and remains flexible for years.
Trade Mate Paintable Silicone Sealant is recommended for use whenever paintability is a concern (see ¡°Special Instructions for Painting¡± for details).
It can be used for most common weathering applications where water cleanup and low-odor cure are desired.
Typical applications include sealing around window frames, doors and roof penetrations: sealing eaves troughs, gutter and vents: sealing around pipes, cables and plumbing fixtures: for use on tubs, sinks, showers, painted surfaces and common siding materials. |
