BYK Silclean 3700 orientates to the paint surface. There it can be crosslinked into the polymer network due to its OH functionality, and therefore is fixed at the paint surface.
When crosslinked into the paint surface by the reactive groups, the properties obtained by using this additive are maintained for a longer duration. |
