Mackam CSF is a mild amphoteric surfactant with both personal care and industrial cleaners.
Due to its exellent coupling properties in personal care products, it is used to couple conditioning agents in shampoos.
Its abililty to couple non-ionic surfactants into high levels of electrolyte makes it very useful for industrial cleaners.
It is suggested for systems where sodium chloride woudl be detrimental to the performance of the final product or would cuase corrosion problems.
Mackam CSF is stable over a broad pH range and is the surfactant of choice in high electrolyte systems.
