VORIDIAN polyethylene E6838-923F is a low-density formulation with medium slip and medium antiblock.
It is suggested for film applications that require heat-sealing treated-to-treated film surfaces and where good clarity is important.
As supplied by Eastman, VORIDIAN polyethylene E6838-923F may lawfully be used in food-contact applications under FDA regulations at 21 CFR 177.1520 (c) (2.2).
An addition in this formulation limits the use of E6838-923F to nonalcoholic foods and the average thickness of such polymers in the form in which they contact food shall not exceed 0.005 inch.
